On the Fourth of July 1778 General George Washington marked the second anniversary of independence by giving all his soldiers a double ration of rum. Across the pond on the same day, two hundred and thirty years later, the owners of IT Works (Scotland) Limited provided their staff with double rations of champagne to celebrate moving into their new office premises at George Square, Dunfermline.
After nearly ten years based in Rosyth, IT Works decided it was time for the company to relocate to new premises which were in keeping with the growing stature of the company. Owner, Wilma McPherson stated “We had spent over a year looking for suitable premises which not only suited our accommodation needs but also portrayed the right image for our Company. Nothing was coming up to our requirements until we came across the guys at Cameron Harris who have custom built a state of the art office which ticks all of our boxes.”
