To encourage the very special atmosphere of belonging, which we have created at Cameron Harris, we take great care to listen to every individual, canvassing options and gaining invaluable feedback via regular personal appraisals and individual career planning sessions.

All individuals have their own personal development plan, which will grow with them as they develop with the company. These include regular assessments and discussions - and as part of the induction process, individuals are very quickly introduced to the values, beliefs and aims of the company so that they can assimilate into the workplace as quickly as possible.

Maintaining a regular flow of communication between company and staff also encourages individual identity in our company environment.
