The basic options for procuring a new property is to own or lease, either way Cameron Harris can provide the solution to suit your individual requirements, even within these basic options there are several variants.

Owner Occupier - Cameron Harris can design & build a new building or extend an existing building on land owned by the client. With this method the building owner would enter in to an industry standard contract with Cameron Harris. In doing so monthly staged payments would be made for works carried out to date.

Lease - could be an alternative, the client will enter a pre-agreed lease for the property, a site is identified, a building is erected on behalf of the client. Terms of the lease will vary depending on covenants, length of lease, building type and building location etc. Within a lease agreement options to purchase at a later date may be available subject to negotiations.

Turnkey - can be offered where land would be procured for the end user by Cameron Harris, on which a building would be erected, on final completion a one off single payment would be made in exchange for a set of keys.
